My stay at the cottage was absolutely perfect. The cosy atmosphere and lovely view made it a truly relaxing getaway. The open fire in the evening was just what I needed. The comfortable bed and great Wifi allowed me to unwind and stream a movie on my iPad. I also appreciated the privacy provided by the host, Rosalind, who was always there to assist when needed. an amazing place to stay.
One thing I wished for was a microwave in the kitchen, but I made do and adapted by cooking breakfast and dinner in other ways.

The cottage itself was warm, cosy, and had a romantic feel to it. We loved the wood burner oven and underfloor heating, which kept us nice and toasty. The elevated back garden offered fine views, especially during the perfect sunsets. We also enjoyed the presence of a bird feeding station just outside the window, adding to the peaceful ambiance. The location was perfect, with easy access to Bath and its attractions, while still providing a rural and relaxing break. The hosts, Rosalind and the gentlemen who built the cottage, were friendly, accommodating, and provided us with all the necessary information. We appreciated the attention to detail, such as having basic amenities like tea, milk, and cooking oil available upon our arrival.

The wildlife feeding in the morning was such a delight to watch, it really made our Christmas extra special. And the views from the cottage were absolutely breathtaking, we couldn't get enough of it. Another great aspect was the attention to detail in the cottage itself, everything was thoughtfully designed and well-stocked, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The wifi was quite slow, which was a bit frustrating at times. the parking area was a bit small and a bit difficult to navigate, especially in the dark.

We had a delightful stay at the charming Wooded Cottage with a view. The property was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The host, Rosalind, was friendly and provided us with helpful information about the area. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local shops and amenities. We especially loved the loan wellies, which came in handy for our walks in the surrounding area. Despite the rainy weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back in the future.

The cottage was a perfect place to spend Easter weekend. It was clean and comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better. Just a short drive away from the city center, yet it felt like a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. the views and surrounding area were absolutely beautiful, especially during sunset. Plus, the owner was very friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
There was only one minor drawback during our stay. We found it a bit inconvenient that there was no microwave in the cottage.

For the money, Pathways, Beachwood Cottage was an absolute steal. The room was lovely and cozy, complete with a wood burner, made the atmosphere perfect. The location was a dream, surrounded by beautiful countryside yet only a quick ride away from Bath. The staff, especially Rosalind, were cute and helpful. Highly recommended!
The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was a wider variety of pastries.
